Hope Kids
We’re eager for kids to
discover how much they matter to God and to us! At Hope, kids
learn that living a life of faith can be the biggest, most
exciting adventure of their lives.
When families arrive each week, infants and
toddlers can be brought directly to the nursery. Children are
assigned a number which can be displayed at the front of the
auditorium during the service if our nursery workers need to
contact a parent.
Our Nursery program has been
created so that a child’s first experiences in a church family
are a positive time of being loved and nurtured. This childcare
also allows parents to enjoy worship and learning with complete
confidence that the needs of their precious ones are being cared
for by competent, loving people in a safe environment.
Preschool and elementary-age children check in
at the entryway of the church upon arrival and are given a
color-coded armband indicating the grade level class they'll be
enjoying that day. Parents are also given a color-coded tag with
a number that matches that on their children's wristbands.
These children begin the morning worshiping
with their parents in the Forum. We love praising God together
as families! Midway through the service, children are dismissed
to their classes. Teachers escort them from the auditorium to
their individual rooms.
Kids have a great time developing a loving
relationship with a mentor-teacher and building friendships
while learning about God through hands-on activities that engage
their curiosity. The focus is always on discovering how the
truth of the Bible applies to their young lives everyday.
At 11:00 AM, when our Hope
Kids program concludes, parents can pick up their children from
their classes by returning the colored tags to the children’s
teachers. This ensures the security and safety of kids, and lets
us focus on having a great time learning, playing, and
discovering God’s life-changing love.
