Event Submission

This form is for submitting Hope events for posting on the web site, bulletin, and emails.

Event Title*

Input the name of the event here. It's helpful if you list the group first, followed by a colon, and then the event name. For instance "Hope Youth: Movie Night" or "Hope Kids: Swim Party"
Event Description*
Enter a brief description of the event. Don't worry about date, time, place; those will be listed below. Instead, describe who the event is for, what will take place, any costs involved, etc. For instance, "Elementary-age kids and their families are invited to the home of John & Mary Doe for an afternoon of swimming. Bring a favorite munchie to share (chips, cookies, etc.). Sodas will be available for $1."

Choose whether or not this is a recurring event.

Choose whether you want the starting time and ending time listed for the event. For an all-day event such as a retreat, you may not want to list a starting/ending time.

Event Location*

Provide the address where the event will take place. If the event is at Hope, just enter "Hope." Otherwise, the full address (street, city, state) is required. When the event is listed on the web site, this will automatically generate an interactive map so your guests can get directions.
